It's quite a journey before becoming a Disc-Jockey… People that have found a certain passion in their lives will either make it a hobby or a career, but Louis Louis (from his real name Louis Veilleux) is keeping it going after 20 years(1988 – 2008) with a promising Club Career. Montreal , QC , Canada has been his playing field with the exception of a 3 1/2 months tour in The Caribbean aboard Carnival Cruise Lines:
The Holiday, as the ship's DJ in 2002.

Never been a big fan of Club DJing because of the same routine that sets in night after night, he took another turn by becoming a “Pioneer” in the breaking art of Video-Jockey(known as VJing). Mixing videos is finally possible with the help of an amazing technology called DVJ-X1 from Pioneer and also with computers and different software. The complicated system requires to be multitasking and Louis Louis made the magic happen night after night from August 2004 to April 2005 at Radio-Lounge on St-Laurent in the heart of downtown Montreal.

Louis Louis main style of music isn't limited to anything in particular but he strives in playing an ascending flow of hits by creating an exciting punch from mix to mix from classic tracks to chart toppers. The blend of video images and the music videos on multiple TV and projector screens, keeps the crowd on their toes all night long never knowing what comes next… His biggest strength lies in the way he delivers the music by mixing it in a thousand different ways using every tool he's got at his disposal.

Louis Louis also does a lot more than clubs… he was the producer for The Party Mix with MC Mario from ‘89 to ‘94 and DJ with MC Mario at “Le Forum de Montréal” when The Montreal Canadiens won the Stanley Cup in '93. He's made a series of musical “MegaMixes” for Radio and a few bootleg remixes. His last major involvement was with The Mixdown with MC Mario from August 2003 to September 2004 as the show's technical mixer and producer. In the last 2 years, he's done a variety of “Mastermixes” for MC Mario shows and also mixed the EN Route FM Party Mix on Air Canada 's flights from June 2004 to November 2004. He continues to produce independently and now focuses on a variety of new projects. Two and a half years later, DJ Louis Louis is still the "Technical Director /Lightman" for Club 1234 and maintains both sound and lights.

He's been inspired by other many local influences such as Robert Ouimet, Michel “Authority” Simard, Louis-George Cazabon and Perry “The Wizzard” Lamarre. Louis Louis continues to learn and enjoy from other world DJs such as Tiësto, David Armstrong, Arman Van Helden, DJ Erick, Axwell, Danny Wild, David Kane and many more. Tune In to his Web Radio show on www.clubbersguideradio.com as Louis Louis mixes sometimes LIVE weekly on The Web with PCDJ software and regular CDs.

It's not just what you play but when and how you play it!” – Louis Louis
